This time I'll be reviewing the M.A.C mineralise satin finish SPF15 foundation.
This little beauty was the first liquid foundation that I ever bought and it was worth every penny!
I confess to being a bit of a makeup junkie, I never finish an entire bottle of foundation... do you guys? leave comments!
This foundation lasts a long time! around 9 to 10 months I used this and I still have the bottle, its got another month I'd say left in it. This foundation is a liquid, but it has a creamy texture to it that feels like it gives you staying power. It lasted me the whole day, however, it would make me shiny on my T-Zone. If you have oily or combination skin, add a translucent finishing powder to the needed areas if you want to wear this, if however, you have dry skin, just the foundation will do.
It doesn't smell strong like some foundations, if you've ever been to makeup counters and smelt it there, it smells like makeup, that's how I describe it, this foundation smells like I'm at a makeup counter.
Application is smooth, and it blends in perfectly to your skin, it does leave you with a bit of sparkle on your skin, although not Edward Cullen sparkly! This foundation contains vitamins A, C and E which help nurture the skin too.
Overall, this foundation glides on well, looks like your skin and not like a cake exploded on your face and is very blendable! It evens out redness and doesn't smell too strong like some foundations.
