Coloured Jeans (Sai's first post...eeepp!)

Hi everyone!
Super excited to start posting on Foxie, and to kick it off (for me, that is, Kav's already been super diligent) I've decided my first post will be on Coloured Jeans, a trend that has found itself quite popular at the moment, which I do not find a surprise at all, I love them.

(Drawing inspiration from www.idrawfashion.com)

I've just drawn some of the popular colours: red, electric blue, magenta, lilac, but some other really popular shades are turquoise, pale pink, maroon, green...

Let's take a look at some stylish ways to wear coloured jeans:
Now HERE's a lovely way to wear the electric blue shade of jeans, but of course, this style would work well with other colours, particularly a red... The neutral tones help balance out the  brightness, which is a plus if you want to try and go for a little less of a "ZOMG LOOK AT ME" reaction, but still keep the VAVROOOM factor. Horizontal stripes, particularly in black and white (as shown in the picture above) look fab with your coloured jeans,
Cameron Diaz displaying pale pink jeans. I personally really love this look. Subtle and classy. Casual, but not so casual at the same. Like you could spend the whole day at the mall or park or whatever in it, then go out for dinner :D

Now this look is courtesy of Jeans West. Concentrate on the pic on the right... Don't you just LOVE those maroon jeans? And the kind of boho feel the whole outfit has got? Love it. I seriously, seriously, seriously love it.
Even Kate Middleton is hopping on the coloured denim train! And we know if Kate Middleton is wearing it, it's bound to be fab and classy. Enough said.

And here we have Miranda and Flynn (naww). Miranda makes her red jeans look cute and casual. Again with the horizontal stripes!

So there you go. This proves coloured jeans can be one of the most versatile, yet smoking items in your wardrobe.
TIPS FOR WEARING COLOURED JEANS:
- Feel free to mix and match your colours and combos
- Worried about ODing on colour? Match your bright jeans with neutrals.
- STILL worried about attracting too much attention, go for a shade like lilac. It's a shade close to grey, but still fun, flirty and playful.
- Please note, some shades of jeans can not be the most flattering, that is, unless you have legs like my sister, who can wear pale yellow jeans and still have her legs look tiny, avoid really really light shades, like pale yellow as I mentioned before.
 - Nude coloured heels will forever look amazing with coloured jeans no matter what colour your denim is.

Hope that was a help to you guys :D
