Hello my lovelies!
Time for a quick how to on one of my absolute fave beauty products in my arsenal! Bronzer!
My skin is fairer than the rest in my family (I'm Indian) my father's skin is very fair and we almost always get mistaken for less tanned Spanish people! back to the point, I am always trying to look glowy and bronzed, so my go to is always 'Thin Lizzy'. Brilliant product! click on the link to find out more.
I'm going to be giving you a crash course in applying bronzer now, so buckle up ;)
If you have oily skin, go for a powdered bronzer, and if you tend to have dry skin, a liquid bronzer is perfect for you, if however, you have combination, you get to pick. You lucky gals!
Try and go for a bronzer one or two shades darker than your skin tone and go for a glowy, golden colour.
With powder formulas, apply with a fluffy bronzing or blush brush like this NARS bronzing brush.
1. Swirl the brush into the powder and tap off any excess, then add lightly, remembering that you can add more if you feel you need it.
2. Apply to places the sun would naturally hit, such as your nose, forehead, chin and the apples of your cheeks.
3. Apply in a swirling motion so the product distributes evenly over your face.
For those using a liquid bronzer, apply to the same places, only with a sponge or your fingers.
1. Add a couple of drops of your chosen bronzer to a sponge or your fingers and add to the nose, chin, forehead, and the apples of your cheeks.
2. Again, start with little as you may add more on top, just remember to keep it natural and not like you're auditioning to be the next head oompah loompah!
Remember to do this somewhere with natural light so when you go outside you can shine like a goddess and not look like a streaky orange zebra!
Stay Foxie! XOXO
